Android L2TP Client

Hello!
I use Softether VPN for more than 12 months and enjoy exceptional stability and functionality. But there is something I have no idea how to set up. I also use several Android devices on the VPN connected by Android L2TP Client. Is it possible to give it a specific fixed IP every time when android device is connected in VPN network?/every android device have a different account to connect in VPN/
