Cascade Connection online error

Dear All.
Recently I want to set cascade, but I get an error when I need online.
the error is error 9 user authentication failed.
I don't know what the authentication mentioned here mean? What should I do?

I would suggest using the (windows) client on your pc to create the connection with the same settings (and preferably from the same network segment).
That debugs a lot easier than inside a cascade.
Once that is working, use those settings in your cascade-connection. It should work then too.
If not, there is something specific blocking the vpnserver (on which the cascade is running).
Could for instance be the perimeter firewall, or the built-in firewall of the device running the SE-vpnserver.
Anyway, using the client on a normal pc makes debugging a lot more flexible, certainly when this is a mobile device.
It makes eliminating error-causes a lot more convenient.

I am afraid the connect user password was wrong.
I create one new user and connect normally.
