Back Door

Post by gogotha » Mon Sep 16, 2019 12:59 am

I have been playing around with the software on a couple of Windows Servers and so far it looks like a good alternative to RAS server if I can figure out how to put on linux. I am curious why the 2 I set up are calling home to 130.158.6.56:80 and 130.158.6.60:5004, the Dymanic DNS service is turned off. Can someone explain why is the software calling back to the college? This communication is happening 3 to 7 times a minute.

This is just the connection, it is blocking UDP, what would cause this outbound traffic? What is this connection for?

No back door and thank you Japan, nice feature! I actually have a few systems on a Win Rras that are experiencing "Keep Alive" issues.
