How to Upgrade Softether Version in Centos, and Install on Centos 8?

Hi and thanks for helping me
1. How can I upgrade the current version Softether in Centos 7? (time by time new Softether versions will come)
2. How can I install Softether on Centos 8, is it the same as Centos 7?
