Windows 10 L2TP IPsec client issue

I set up a L2TP IPsec server with preshared key and password authentication. The server is working because I can connect to my home network using both Android built in client and Windows 10 built in client. The issue is that I can't ping or RDP or do anything with the devices on the home network from Windows 10 client.

It looks like "Forwarding routes" set to 0.0.0.0/0 is doing the trick. I can't find any similar settings in Windows 10. Any help will be appreciated.
