Client Does not ask for pre-shared key

Hello folks,
I setup SoftEther VPN on a Linux server, it connects from my windows desktop properly.However, it does not prompt me for pre-shared-key only username & password.

Note that I did enable the L2TP Server function (LT2P over IPsec).

Objective,
Clients must enter the pre-shared key along with username and password in order to connect.
