How to step by step setup LAN-to-LAN VPN (IP Routing)

Hi SoftEther team and Community,
Do you have the step-by-step configuration to setup LAN-to-LAN VPN (IP Routing). Pls give me. Or pls teach me the main step to do that?

two servers, bridge together

add static route table in your man router.

Thanks you. Can we discuss directly on my architecture?
Architecture attached in the attachment.
Some questions pls help me clear.
1. In System A
- Virtual Router will have 3 Virtual Interfaces? Each Virtual Interface will connect to each Virtual Hub?
- Virtual Hub A will make "Local Bridge" to 2 subnets in System A: Subnet-01 & Subnet-02?
- Virtual Hub B will make "Cascade Connection" to Virtual Hub in System B?
- Virtual Hub C will make "Cascade Connection" to Virtual Hub in System C?
2. In System B
- Virtual Hub will make "Local Bridge" to 2 subnets in System A: Subnet-01 & Subnet-02?
- Virtual Hub will make "Cascade Connection" to Virtual Hub B in System A?
3. In System C
- Virtual Hub will make "Local Bridge" to 2 subnets in System B: Subnet-01 & Subnet-02?
- Virtual Hub will make "Cascade Connection" to Virtual Hub C in System A?
