Hello,
I've tried to set it up on my phone, but it just times out.
I'm hosting the server on vultr.com The server is on the latest centOS.
I am able to connect to the server via thr client and the manager.
Any ideas?

Do you have there running SE server?
Does it have PUBLIC IP address?
