VPN work with softether client but not with openvpn

Dear all,
I'm having issue with openvpn using softether. I manage to connect to the network successfully but for some reason, i'm not able to ping anything in my office network or access internet
However, if I try to access using softether native client...its work perfectly - can ping, can browse and access my local resources
One thing I do realize is that softether native client will update the Virtual NAT while openvpn didn't do anything.
Anyone have the same problem?
