Time out every 5 minutes

Hello I'm new to softether and vpn. I'm using softether as a bypass to my isp volume allowance. it kinda works but times out every 5 minutes. also i noticed in the firewall settings is this

if you have NAT enabled try to disable it. It is even written that with NAT it is unstable.

for thei reason I do not use NAT at all and no problem any more, my raspberryPi server runs now 102 days

NAT is already disabled. but connection keeps timing out every 5 minutes

Is it exactly 5minutes plus minus 1microseconds?

I don't really know. But when I use a proxy sever it stops from being in that state. but the proxy on the other hand times out every 5 minutes or so.

I really hope someone could help. I use sofether to bypass my isp's volume allowance. it works but only for 5 minutes and then disconnects and reconnects again.

try different ISP provider, is it possible they identify VPN and interrupt? are you in China?

I was looking forward into using softether with this particular isp . So I need to make make it work. No I'm not in china
