Virtual hub not seen by other cluster member

Hi, I am running two servers both on Ubuntu 19 and SoftEther 4.32 build 9731. I created a virtual hub and successfully configured a cluster member to join the current member acting as a cluster controller (as well as member). The hub was fine and visible by each without issues. I revisited the cluster after a few days and the virtual hub is no longer visible to the other member and the L2 bridge is down. It seems while the vHub is created it is not advertised to either itself or other members. I reconfigured the two members to be standalone and brought them back into a cluster with no change. Any thoughts?
