SoftEther VPN User Forum

Dear All,
I am very new in forum and exploring this awesome softether VPN server.
I am looking for control that only designated client computer or device should connect VPN.

Example-

User 1 one is domain user he is using Laptop name Asset1, now my requirement is, he must access this VPN only from this Laptop and not from other device.
Environment:
Active directory
Windows DHCP
Multiple DHCP scope

Please do suggest, one option i think if possible, disable assign IP address to those client which MAC address is not registered.

So sorry for more query, is there any other way to control this, my requirement is, only authorised system \ computer should connect VPN not everyone.
