Monitoring VPNGate servers

Hello Team,
I have created an android app base on VPN gate.App url is given below.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... ita.provpn
I want to monitor and filter the dead server list from http://www.vpngate.net/api/iphone/
Is there any readymade code is available to check? I am sure someone did it before.
