Framed-Interface-Id In Windows Radius

Dear All,
I am trying to setup environment where every MAC address will be reserved in Windows DHCP to assign same IP address for single client.
What is correct method to do this, i added Framed-Interface-Id in NPS but, problem is, MAC address which i give in Framed-Interface-Id, is being assign to single client and other client is not getting same sequence mac address, what wrong am i Doing.
Can any one please help me step by step.
