IpSec/L2TP?Softether VPN connection does not work through OpenVPN

OpenVPN: WARNING: No server certificate verification method has been enabled.
Softether VPN installed on a virtual server under CentOS 7

The problem is that when connecting to the server through OpenVPN, an IpSec / L2TP connection error occurs:
OpenVPN: WARNING: The server certificate verification method is not enabled.
IPSec / L2TP (on windows 7): error 800
When connecting through the client, Softether VPN passes successfully, and vpn works.
Configure the server followed the instructions from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ZM1furcj-M
I think that because of an outdated script
on win 10 everything works
