Hi Everyone,
I have two Questions:
1- Is there a way to connect to the server without switching on this server PC?
I meaning, When I connect to the server via Static IP, The connection not working because the server is closed.

2- Port Forwarding 500 & 4500 opened on router, but IPsec/L2TP still not working.

1. What do you mean by server closed, I still don't understand the error. How are you connecting to VPN server?

2. Enable L2TP IPsec function on Server Manager, set an IPSec Preshared key, create an user within your virtualhub, enable secureNAT, disable any local bridges, exclude UDP 500, 4500 on your Windows Firewall on all profiles, or just turn the entire firewall off and last but not least, make sure you're forwarding UDP, not TCP on your router. Then test.
