Virtual Network Adapter failing to install?

I'm trying to install your VPN service but the Virtual Network Adapter keeps failing to install. This happened on a different VPN I tried to install before as well. Only one VPN was actually able to install, but SoftEther is better which is why I'm trying to get this one working. I allowed it completely thru my firewalls and tried to run as an administrator and yet it still fails.
