I want to make clients take Static IP with SecureNAT,
I don't want to change clients VPN IP every day connection

really you don´t need to active Secure NAT and Virtual DHCP, when you this don´t need.

To have a static IP for every client, you need only to assign a static IP in the client´s network card.
