How to select preferred server region that is not shown on list?

For example, SEA region I prefer Singapore server. How can I connect to a Singapore VPN server? Because the server list on 'VPN Gate Public VPN Relay Servers' is pretty much all Korea & Japan.

The vpngate server are user just like you and me that allow vpn access to their internet. If there is no vpn server in this region, it's because there is no user from that region that hosts a vpngate server
