Windows Remote desktop does not run

Windows Remote desktop does not run when I connect my 2 laptops on the same Softether server (TCP/UDP both).
Impossible connect by MSTSC.exe to another computer on the same server (I tried IPv4 and IPv6 too).
All Softether servers probably do not support Full mesh topology.
When I use cloud.openvpn.net, so I can connect to my another computer on his IPv6 address.

I use mstsc on softether all the time. Does it work in the network without any laptop on softether?

yes, it runs me well without softether.
I tried now softether server on one PC and from second PC I was connected to server vpnazure softether from another internet connection, but impossible connect by RDP

windows firewall? do you have the vpn adapter set as a public or private network?

I allowed all RDP rows in Windows firewall and I use Comodo security firewall and in Comodo after detect networ I click to home network-PCs are visible in network. And I have no problem with RDP when I use switch or home wifi router. I had no problem with RDP when I used 2 different network connections and cloud.openvpn.net
Can you create Youtube video that it really run?
