This is part of log:

2020-06-03 00:39:23.427 L2TP PPP Session [**:1701]: An IP address is assigned. IP Address of Client: 192.168.7.56, Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0, Default Gateway: 192.168.7.1, Domain Name: "", DNS Server 1: 192.168.7.1, DNS Server 2: 0.0.0.0, WINS Server 1: 0.0.0.0, WINS Server 2: 0.0.0.0, IP Address of DHCP Server: 192.168.7.1, Lease Lifetime: 43200 seconds

Lease Lifetime: 43200 seconds mean that after 12 hours client will be disconnected?

That looks like the time to live of the dhcp lease. It will pool the dhcp again basically asking if he can still keep this adress, no disconnection or anything

The DHCP lease lifetime is the duration that the host retains the IP address for before it must renew the lease, so in your case 12 hours. Normally the host will request and get its currently assigned IP address, which in your case is 192.168.7.56. The VPN should not disconnect
