Connect iPad to SoftEther Server without Port Fowarding

Just managed to install and configure a SoftEther Server on my raspberry pi behind a NAT router.
The router (a HUAWEI optical fiber router managed by my ISP) does NOT allow to configure any port forwarding rules.

As I understand, VPN Azure would be a method to access the SoftEther Server WITHOUT port forwarding.
Is there a possibility to use MS-SSTP also on iOS devices?
