Silent Uninstall?

I have recently migrated a customer to Azure and we are now live with the Azure VPN Client. All of the clients need SoftEther VPN client.
Does anyone know if it's possible to do this silently with no end user interaction?
I have ran "C:\Program Files\SoftEther VPN Client>vpnsetup.exe /uninstall" << This just brings up the prompt that Add/Remove programs gives you and requires Users to press Next etc.
