Linux softether client acting really strange

Hello, i am trying to connect linux softether client on raspberry pi4 to my server.
I opened server port (I choose random high port 69901) And i am successfully connecting to it with username/password i created on server.
When i connect my raspberry py linux softether client from my customer network i get next error:
2020-07-18 12:52:25.490 Connection "CID-402-2DD2379B53" terminated by the cause "A client which is non-SoftEther VPN software has connected to the port." (code 5).
When i try to connect from my laptop (windows softether client) with same credentials on same server from same network it connects normally.
I exported both account settings (linux and windows client) and compared them side by side and they are identical.
I tried it on 3 different locations (home, work, friend) and it is connecting normally both from linux and windows client.
Customer router is simple lte connection.
