forgot pass of admin

ok for some reason I was dumb enough to exit the tab of softether and I forgot the pass of it then next day I dumbly deleted sofether and now I cant delete the things that werent deleted: the vpnserver_64, vpn serve,hamcore.se2, server log and sec log and I decided to down it back and I forgot the pass of admin now I dont know how, I am just a dumb beginner
