Error code 13

Hi guys,
I have a colleague who use SoftEtherVPN but each time she uses Wi-fi connexion and use Softether, once she is connected, she cannot access to the necessary servers because it says Error Code 13 and she lost the wi-fi connexion. I tried to find a way on web but I find nothing who helped me. I did the same steps on my computer, no issues at all.
Did you had by the past the same error message with the same problematic?
