Deploy SoftEther to AWS Elastic Beanstalk

I'm consulting on a project for a client. We'd like to deploy SoftEther on AWS Elastic Beanstalk. This would give us automatic horizontal scaling and performance monitoring. Not sure which OS to use, I have no preference. I see there are installers, also GitHub projects. Can anyone advise? Thanks
