Change softether Windows client port

Hello,
is is possible to change which port does the softether client for windows listen? so when i open the vpncmd.exe and choose "2. Management of VPN Client" and it asks for destination VPN Client, instead of using "localhost" i can use "localhost:specific port" ex. "localhost:1654"
is it possible to change the default port? maybe by adding option to vpn_client.config? or modifying the service paramaters?
edit: to be more to be more precise, i want to change port 9930 of the softether client to another port.
