SoftEther VPN User Forum

I've been using the VPN service with no problem for almost a year. Today I'm no longer able to connect, I just get the Error 13 over and over again. Apparently, I have an issue with the Network Adapter. Every single instance is created has no access to my Internet connection, I just get told that my Ethernet cable is unplugged which is not the case. I'm not very knowledgable in this field so this is my last resort. I've restarted and reinstalled the program with no luck. Hope I can get some help. Sorry for my English.

Have you tried deleting the VPN adapter and recreating it?
