Radius Auth

Hi,
I have a soft Ether VPN server and can login with ordinary users.
However Radius Users are correctly authenticated to the radius server but this is not then reflected in the VPN server (Softether) which reports a failed login.
The radius server supports PAP and the auth is good (on the radius server) it seems the Soft ether server is not able to interpret the successful login so I am thinking this is a policy miss match but I don't know how to progress further.
can anyone help ?
