Connection to DDNS hostname no longer working

I had a working SoftEther VPN running on a Windows Server, connecting to both DDNS hostname and VPN Azure hostname working.
A few days ago I created another server with a different hostname, but now clients can only use the VPN Azure hostname to connect, using the DDNS name gives Error Code 1. Within the network I can still connect to the DDNS name.
I suspect that both server are on the same public IP might have caused some problem, but even shutting one of the SoftEther hubs down won't help.
