Unable to reach the IPv4 DDNS Server.
Global IPv4 address:

Is there any problem with the VPN Azure Cloud service today? I am from Philippines.

It's now working fine. I guess they have a system/network maintenance. It already happened in 2017 and 2018 on same month.

I do not use DDNS, I write our static public addr like 62.99.xx.xx to all clients and bridges
I have not noticed any problem
Does it mean ,that SE with numbered address would work also without "home" being alive?
What about then "keepalive" pinging to "home" ?
Is it needed?
