Windows - How to disable SecureNat?

I was trying to install SoftEther for my home PC. I followed for all steps to install the server, creating the VPN Hub, local bridges, virtual NAT and Virtual DHCP. For some reason I was not able to install it successfully and decided to not go ahead with it. So I uninstalled everything.

I assume that means the SecureNat is still running and my PC is still behind NAT. How do I disable it? SoftEther is already uninstalled.
