the softether client By default it is on standard password authentication
And can not be connected via radius
the clients must select the "radius or nt user athentication"

Can the problem be solved by change the settings server side?

No. You must know to choose the RADIUS setting if setting up client manually. I suggest setting up a profile that works and then exporting it (choose option to remove sensitive information). Distribute that [connection].vpn file and users won't have to be smart enough to select RADIUS authentication.
