Hello!

I need your help in the following situation:

Our company uses Softether VPN for years without any serious problem. Some of our colleagues are in Serbia now, and they cannot reach our shared network drive in Hungary (via VPN).
The VPN connects successfully but in the windows explorer they can not reach the target shared folder. They tried remapping it but after they de-attach it they can not map it anymore.

I'm looking forward to any ideas.

Yes I can.

The only possibility is you are in China behind GF

It could be a DNS configuration issue. Can they reach the network resource by IP address? If so, then it's a DNS issue. If they cannot reach the resource by IP address, but their own VPN IP address is good, then it may be a client routing table issue.

I have the same problem
When using smartphone data on the move VPN works but can not see shared or connect to items on server ?
