Keep alive tether deactivated but still sends requests

On my local network at home I run pihole both as a DHCP server and as a network wide adblock. This site keeps track of all requests that go to and from the router. Since starting up my own softether vpn server the logs are constantly flooded with keepalive.softether.org.lan even though the setting is disabled. Is this a bug or is there another option to turn off?
Cheers.

This is not a complicated error. Users just need to turn off ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) on the computer before setting up the VPN client. However, you should also replace ICS with a router that is suitable for a firewall system friv
