Possible to use Argo Tunnel

Is it possible to setup softether VPN using Argo Tunnel? I've got it setup and point to softether vpn server, but I am not able to connect.
I am able to see the softether web server page and able to login using the created domain below.
But I am not able to connect either within my network or outside.
