You would need to know how to re-enable the local ports (5555, 443, 8888 ...) to access the server locally. You deactivate them by performing a service test and you can no longer log in to activate them.
I have located the config file to change the listening ports to true, but when the service starts it creates a new config and listens to these ports with false.
