can softether vpn server has proxy setting (windows 10)

Thanks for your time first.
i am from china. SoftEther VPN installed on my computer with win10 operation system.
"clash for windows " on computer as system proxy .
when i connect to softether vpn server on this computer from smartphone. the proxy will not working on the smartphone.
means i can not open "google.com"
My idea about it:
1) "clash for windows " have port forward function . so does "SoftEther VPN" server side can have proxy setting. then it will be ok
2) "clash for windows " have TUN function. possible for SoftEther VPN run through TUN. then it will be ok too.
Any reply or help are highly appreciated.
