Can't connect to the SoftEther Server through the internet

Hello, I'm sorry but like most of the posts here it's still "Error Code 1".
I read all the posts on the forum about this but none of them could give me an answer. I followed several videos/tutorials on the internet and all of them ended up with the same result.
I explain my problem, I have two computers with windows 10. The first is the server and the second is the client. When both are on the same wifi network, I can connect to the server and have access to my local network (except for the computer with softether, but this is not a problem because my goal is to access to the hardware connected to the server via ethernet without going through a router).
The problem is when the two computers are remote and are not connected on the same network. I simply can't connect to the server. When I ping cmd with the DNS: example.softether.net. I get a message that it will connect to the correct IPv4: XX.XX.XX.137, but all requests are lost 4/4.
I have no idea where my problem could come from?
PS I tried the 4 default ports but nothing changed
