IPSec with pre-shared key client setup

Can I use SoftEther client software to connect to a VPN router which uses IPSec with Pre-shared key, username and password authentication? I do not see anywhere in SoftEther client setup to enter pre-shared key. I see how to do it in SoftEther Server but I am not using SoftEtner server. Instead I am trying to use SoftEther client to connect to a router-based VPN. Is this possible?
Also, is it possible to have 2 or more clients connect to the same VPN, FROM THE SAME IP ADDRESS, using SoftEther client? This is NOT possible using windows VPN client, which is the reason I want to make a switch.
