SoftEther Network Adapter unknown

Hi,
I installed a SoftEther server and client and everything works fine, but on the client-side, I have an application that scans all the network adapters and he doesn't see the SoftEther network adapter.
In the cmd, I write ipconfig /all and I see unknown neer the VPN network Adapter.
Does someone know why an unknown appears?
