Concurrent SoftEther and PPTP connections

I have installed, configured and am running SoftEther server on my remote Windows 2016 server
I can connect to the VPN server using SoftEther VPN Client on my Windows 10 PC
I also need to connect to a number of clients using their PPTP VPNs but am unable to do so when SoftEther client is connected.
They all work fine if I disconnect SoftEther client.
Is this possible?
