Error Building From SourceCode? HELP!!!!!!

So, I am trying to build the source code for playing around with it and learning from it but I am having some issues building it. I am using visual studio 2019. Also Building the solution file is also giving many errors.
Someone Please tell all the steps required to make changes to softether client manager in windows 10 OS using visual studio 2019.
