Connect SoftEther to NordVPN and use it as proxy

Hello! I previoslu used Mikrotik to create NordVPN or other VPN proxy.
Now i want to use SoftEther as a "first step" VPN server.
What I want to do:
Client connecting to router via SSTP or L2TP, then all traffic routes to other VPN tunnel (to NordVPN for example) so client not using server public IP.
