I am looking for a L2TPV3 supportable VPN client for SoftEtherVPN server. The VPN client provided by SoftEther is supporting Ethernet over HTTPs not L2TPV3 traffic.
Based on my understanding Windows desktop built VPN client does not support L2TPV3 ( Support L2TP V2 ).
SoftEther VPN installed on CentOS server.
Appreciate your support.
Is there any L2TPV3 supportable VPN client for connecting SoftEther VPN server

Is there any L2TPV3 VPN client available ? or L2TPV3 can only be used for pseudowire ( Bridging two remote networks with same subnet )

While Windows client does not support L2TPv3, you could try to bridge the vNIC with an Ethernet NIC and may get site-to-site going this way.
EDIT
Hold on, since you consider a Windows client, why do you insist on L2TPv3 VPN protocol? SoftEther has great Layer-2 solutions for Windows already.
"The VPN client provided by SoftEther is supporting Ethernet over HTTPs not L2TPV3 traffic" - isn't L2 good enough? Did you hope that L2TPv3 "pseudowire" will let you transmit E1/T1, or such, to SoftEther server maybe?
