Slow download after changing nic on server

Hi guys,
i have a problem with VPN after changing NIC on server
While accessing file shares, download is very very slow, but upload is fast.
I didnt have this problem before on old NIC.
NIC is in Local bridge, secure nat is disabled
new temporary NIC is TP-LINK Gigabit Ethernet USB, old NIC is Dell R530 Broadcom NetXtreme Gigabit Ethernet.
Is there any suggestion what to look for?
