open vpn clone server DDNS trouble

Hello.
I use open vpn clone server fondation, with DDNS xxx.v4.softether.net ( different from softether ddns ), the server changed ISP, DDNS sofether automatically changed connection address, and DDNS openvpn does not change connection address. How can this problem be solved
