vpn client using dbus api on ubuntu

how can i create a client vpn connection with dbus command line and how can i fill the configuration file for vpn client to put the configuration?
there is a tutorial show how can we use softether vpn on ubuntu with command line not a GUI.
and can softether vpn client connect to a openvpn server?

Not sure what "dbus" is but you can use "vpncmd" as CLI or using SE manager GUI to create and manager users

If you added a user to an SE server, then you can use that credentials with SE client

No, SE client is for SE protocol
But if you enable OpenVPN server of an SE server, then with OpenVPN client you can connect to the SE server.

- SE client =====> OpenVPN server [ NO ]
- OpenVPN client =====> SE server (if OpenVPN enabled) [ YES ]
