it says:
"It is necessary to avoid the use of file system's which do not feature the FAT or FAT32 permission concepts"

I think it should be like so:
"It is necessary to avoid the use of file systems like FAT or FAT32 which do not feature these permission concepts"

I think it should be:
"If a line starts with # or //, the line is treated as a comment and is ignored."
